3. North Seattle Community College: The school, founded in 1902, now has several large campuses located in the Seattle, Washington area. Average tuition comes to $8100. The school prides itself as being one of the top “military friendly” schools in the country.

4. Institute for Business and Technology: The school is located in downtown Santa Clara, California. It offers a variety of career programs, including lab assistant/phlebologist.

5. Clover Park Technical College: The school is located in Lakewood, Washington, just south of Seattle. It has an enrollment of 3500 full-time and 18,000 part-time students. Average tuition is just over $3500. It offers an innovative program whereby students can rent textbooks.
